What happens in a Rebirthing Breathwork Session

We start each session by discussing what’s currently coming up for you, investing time to understand your needs every time but especially during the first consultation where we review your intake form. Based on your experiences and what is coming up for you in that moment, I will guide you through specific spiritual psychology practices that promote healing and transformation.
At Rebirthing Breathwork, you will experience a transformative journey through conscious connected breathing. As you lie comfortably on a cosy mat, I will guide you in this hour-long practice, providing intuitive support and encouragement every step of the way. Embrace the power of breath to integrate stored tension and foster personal growth.
Following your journey, you'll lie comfortably for 10 to 15 minutes to integrate your experience, often feelings of bliss and relaxation are felt at this time. In person, I’ll provide a snack and drink at this time and we'll have a brief chat. When online, I will respectfully log off, allowing you to reflect in peace and inviting you to send me a message about your experience later.
It is recommended to use a journal during this experience to get the most benefit, you will usually want to note insights after your breath but lots can come up during the week as well that you may want to take a note of to discuss with me or explore yourself.
Rebirthing breathwork is made even more powerful by the fact that you are learning to breath yourself in the process. You will also learn shorter breathing techniques which can be used in the everyday.
